Our car parking shades are engineered to the full spectrum of project scales and material requirements. For permanent, heavy-duty applications — corporate campuses, hospitals, government compounds, logistics parks — we build hot-dip galvanised structural steel portal-frame and cantilever parking shade structures. Column spacings of 6–12 m and bay depths of up to 20 m deliver clear, unobstructed coverage across multiple rows of parking bays. For projects where weight, corrosion resistance and rapid installation are priorities, we fabricate aluminium-framed structures. All our parking shade frames are engineered specifically for the wind zone of the project location per the Saudi Building Code (SBC) — not adapted from generic designs.
The roof material we specify depends on the project's climate, budget and aesthetic brief. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) knitted shade cloth, with a 70–95% shade factor and natural airflow, is the most cost-effective choice for open-air parking lots where rain protection is secondary to temperature reduction. PVC/PVDF-coated membranes — our recommended system, backed by a 10-year warranty — offer full waterproofing and a premium appearance for corporate facilities. Polycarbonate sheets — clear, tinted or opal — are used where natural daylighting beneath the canopy matters. We stock and fabricate all three in our Jeddah facility, giving us fast lead times independent of import supply chains.

Our in-house engineering team prepares SASO/SBC-compliant wind-load calculations, detailed structural drawings, base-plate and foundation designs, and municipality-ready drawing packages for every project.
