The Jazan Economic City Port is a vital maritime gateway in the southern region of Saudi Arabia. Shades Systems worked alongside Al Kifah Contracting to develop and install robust port facility shade structures that meet the intense demands of a maritime logistics hub.
Our engineering focus was on extreme wind load resistance and anti-corrosive longevity. We implemented heavy-gauge structural steel treated with specialized marine coatings, covered with highly tensioned, weather-resistant membranes. These canopies provide essential shaded staging areas for cargo handling and equipment storage, improving operational efficiency and safeguarding assets against the relentless coastal sun and saline sea breezes.
